Do not send identity documents, sealed material, raw PII, or court records through the public contact form or ordinary email. Wait for CAIRL to provide secure submission instructions.
What to include in the first message
- Your name, title, agency or court, and official contact details.
- The jurisdiction and general type of legal process.
- A request for secure service instructions.
CAIRL evaluates requests under applicable law, its privacy obligations, and its retention and legal-hold procedures. Sending an initial message does not confirm validity, acceptance, or disclosure.
