CAIRL is a private identity verification platform, not a government agency.

Government

Official information, agency inquiries, and lawful request guidance.

Review CAIRL's privacy and compliance materials, make a non-sensitive agency inquiry, or request secure instructions for serving valid legal process.

Government receives no automatic or privileged access to a person's identity. Disclosures follow validated lawful process and applicable legal obligations.

Our lawful-request standard

How CAIRL handles government and law-enforcement requests.

CAIRL evaluates requests under applicable law, its privacy obligations, and its retention and legal-hold procedures. CAIRL does not voluntarily provide user data to law enforcement absent a valid legal obligation.

When legally permitted, CAIRL will notify you before disclosing your information in response to a legal request. The CAIRL Privacy Policy is the authoritative statement of this practice.

Regulatory information

These materials explain CAIRL's current privacy, security, compliance, and identity-assurance posture. They do not create agency access, approval, or a government relationship.

Legal process

Request secure submission instructions before serving documents. Do not send sensitive material by public form or ordinary email.

Review legal request guidance

Public guidance, not privileged access.

This public surface does not create agency status, special access, or a government product. A separate vetted portal is not currently available.
